Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website blaj.pl and to the software sold on it, including SSH Tunnel Manager and its Premium subscription (the "Software"). By downloading the Software or buying a subscription you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

In these Terms "we", "us" and "our" mean BLAJ Adam Maciejak. "You" means the person using the Software.

2. Orders and payments through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Payments are subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Plans and pricing

• Free: up to 5 tunnels on up to 2 SSH hosts, jump hosts included. Free of charge, without time limits.
• Premium: unlimited tunnels and unlimited SSH hosts, jump hosts included. Premium is a yearly subscription. The current price is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location. We may change prices in the future. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

A Premium subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and Paddle charges the payment method you used, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by writing to us. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed afterwards.

5. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment. The details are in our Refund Policy.

6. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes. For Premium, the license lasts as long as your subscription is active. When it ends, the Software keeps working with the limits of the Free plan.

You may not:

• resell, rent, sublicense or share your Premium subscription with other people;
• remove or work around the license checks or the limits of the Free plan;
• reverse engineer the Software, except where the law allows it;
• use the Software for anything illegal, including accessing systems you are not allowed to access.

7. Your data and credentials

The Software stores your tunnel configuration and saved credentials on your own computer. You are responsible for keeping your computer, your SSH keys and your passwords safe. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, lost profits or downtime, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including the rights you have under European Union consumer law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change matters for your active subscription, we will tell you before it applies.

10. Governing law and contact
