About me

Hi, I'm Adam.

I've been interested in programming since middle school, where I started by creating servers for Minecraft (writing plugins in Java) and for CS 1.6 (developing plugins using Pawn, which is a scripting language).

How I got here

I embrace new challenges and never say no to any tech, though I do prefer tried-and-true solutions. I care about code optimization and best practices. And yes, I use Vim.

  1. Game servers

Plugins for Minecraft servers in Java and for CS 1.6 in Pawn. This is where it all started.

  2. The web, with PHP

My interests shifted toward web development. I have the most experience with PHP and frameworks like TYPO3 and Symfony, plus jQuery.

My dream is to become a game developer. I dabble in programming with Unity during my free time.

My two dogs. Taking them for walks is how I unwind and enjoy the fresh air.

  • DIY projects

Away from the screen, I like building things with my hands.

  • Space

My passion for space and everything related to it is why this site is full of stars.
